A tune that carries through the day

Whatever the mood,

Come whatever may

Today my tune

Was joyous and light

Full of triumph,

Winning the fight

Some days are somber,

More a funeral affair

When all seems lost,

And I’m full of despair

And as I watch my children

Run around together today

I see them humming their own,

A ditty of childhood and play
