The weekend is over again

The time has flown with the usual things,

cleaning, laundry and chores.

But in the midst of all the work,

Moments of fun crept in.

Time with auntie,

horsing around.

family time

New gadgets to make reading fun-

so fun, mom and dad wanted to use them, too.

Then it’s bedtime

and soft kisses

and sweet little breaths,

little boy blue

and the man in the moon.

Monday awaits

but for now,

Sunday night is ours

to cherish
